We took my son's truck there for a brake inspection and they quickly inspected the brakes and provided a very reasonable quote. The work was completed the next day as promised and they also provided a full detailed inspection of the truck. The team was very friendly and welcoming.

My Tahoe is 20 years old and needs special considerations. Thankfully the crew at Southwest knows what to do and expertly keeps her and all the components working properly. Furthermore, they listen to your concerns, get it fixed the fist time, and are very fair with pricing. Excellent service, the mechanic was great, showed me all that was going on with my suv. the guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I thought everything went fast, my inspection was done in no time at all. Communication was good, never felt like I was getting ripped off, I would definitely go back for repairs. Labor costs were very fair. And they don't charge you a diagnostic fee up front, which i thought set them apart from others. Im pretty sure they can do any work that can be done at the dealers. Parking is in the front, they need a bigger parking lot. this is located right off the main road, you can't miss it. Two thumbs up.

Love this shop! Took my 12 year old car to them with my car running hot, check engine light on, and an oil leak coming from the engine oil housing. Hugo & McKenzie reassured me and looked out for me like no other! Went to pick up my car and runs just fine with no problems nor any sensor lights are on. I truly appreciate you guys for your honesty, transparency, professionalism and serving the community! Love this one stop shop, thank you guys so much.
